Download - Proxy Sniffer Free Edition V4.3
The Proxy Sniffer Free Edition is provided at no cost and can be used for an unlimited time to run small performance tests against your web applications. The Free Edition contains almost all features of the Professional Edition; for example:
- Support for the recording of web surfing sessions using Any Web Browser, including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.
- Support for easy handling of dynamically-exchanged CGI and HTML form parameters such as .NET VIEWSTATE or order numbers.
- Support for XML, SOAP, AJAX, JSON and WebDAV.
- Support for Input Files which can used for any purpose; for example, for assigning login accounts to HTML forms or to modify the query data of XML requests.
- Support for all major HTTP Protocol Extensions: client-side caching of network connections (keep alive), automatic handling of compressed response data (gzip, deflate), automatic processing of session cookies, and the upload and download of files.
- Support for testing HTTP Web Services which exchange data using XML or SOAP.
- All Statistics and Diagrams are fully available.
- An unlimited number of web pages and web service calls can be recorded and tested.

Hint: The easiest way to use Proxy Sniffer is: 1. Download and install the installation kit, and .. 2. .. use a Firefox web browser to record web surfing sessions: download and install the Firefox Recording Extension from https://www.proxy-sniffer.com/download/PrxRecExt1.xpi (enter this URL into Firefox)  After that, start the Proxy Sniffer Console.Then click on the  icon inside the Firefox Recording Extension and follow the instructions: Note: Recording web surfing sessions is also supported using any web browser, such as Internet Explorer or Safari, as well as with (non-web browser based) technical web client programs which exchange SOAP or XML data with a web server by using the HTTP/S protocol. Further information is available in the User's Guide. |
Special Evaluation Offer - Proxy Sniffer Professional Edition

If your place of work / company is located in a country of the European Union, USA or Argentina, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Norway,
Switzerland or Turkey, please ask to evaluate the Professional Edition, which does
not contain any functional restrictions, and also supports encrypted connections (HTTPS). You will receive a temporary site license, valid for two weeks, which will allow you to simulate up to 100 virtual users per installed computer. Multiple installations are supported by this license, which allows you to install and try out Proxy Sniffer on several computers, and also allows you to try out the Proxy Sniffer Cluster Technology. Send us a request for evaluation using our contact form or by e-mail to direct@d-fischer.com. Please note that we can only accept requests from a company e-mail address. Anonymous e-mail addresses such as @gmail.com cannot be accepted. During your evaluation of the Professional Edition, we will also provide you with technical support. |
